Feelings for the human being are emotions and sensations. Feelings are real events in the body that are experienced in our tissues (e.g., fear, relief, sadness, happiness, loneliness, warmth). Thoughts are different. They are mental operations -- brain activities.
To term, "loss of control" or "loss of value" as being "feelings" is to merge together Thinking (that I am free of control or have reduced value) and Feeling events (e.g., fear, sadness, anger) into a fuzzy mixture (VRP) that actually weakens one's understanding, power, and control. |

To speak and think "in the Green" is to be in control of oneself, maximizing understanding and awareness of options. To be clear as to what I am Feeling and Thinking is to strengthen myself for maximum possible healing. Once I identify my Feeling (being "afraid" in this example), I can dedicate my Thoughts to treatment options and possible healing actions. |
