VRP: I don't think I'll get the report completed today.		Green: I think that I will finish the text today and print the graphs tomorrow.
Saying what I, "don't think" has yet to acknowledge my response-ability (the ability to respond) for a commitment to action.		To say what I Think is to acknowledge responsibility (response-ability) for my work. Also, I remain free to respond to yet-to-be expected events as they may occur and then do different behaviors.
