The question, "What?" is VRP in that it is a question that is actually a statement, accusing the other person of having said or done something "wrong."
Saying what the other person does not feel as a question, a question with a NOT, ("you didn't like it?") is a VRP Persecuting and Victim "should."
The "tried," as in "I tried," is a VRP whine, as are, "so," and "hard." "Nice" is more VRP judging.
The "just," coupled with the NOT in "no pleasing you," is acting as a Persecutor, while again claiming Victim status, and the "question statement" style Persecutes with the responsibility for an answer being put upon the hearer. |

The Green here is in owning the Feeling (I'm surprised), reporting the Thought (I thought that you would like), and stating the Want (Please tell me). |
