VRP: I can't keep doing this; I need help!		Green: I want to write down a list of different things to do, and I want to write down names and phone numbers of people who I know to be clean and sober.
To say what I "can't" do is as yet to acknowledge response-ability for actions that I commit myself to do as an alternative to that which I have been doing. To say "I need help," stops short of commiting myself to what I Want and what I choose to do.		To say the action that I will do is in the Green as a Want.
